Ross and Sonja have been together over 18 years and have raised 6 children together. They now have 6 grandchildren and one on the way making 7. Sonja is a Sault Tribe member and has been in customer

service for 31 years with the Tribe.
MCS Flooring is 51% Native Woman owned business. Sonja does clerical work, Inventory, payroll, Sonja is Accounts receivable and payable.
Some accounting skills, bookkeeping & marketing skills. Ross is a 49% owner with over 3 decades of experience in business.

Miss Anita is a Sault Tribe member and retired from the Sault Tribe where she worked for about 30 years, mostly clerical. She wanted to do something part time for herself! She has a large family and has been around many people her whole life. Anita has 5 kids and 12 grandchildren. Family is first and foremost to her! Anita answers the p

She has a large family and has been around many people her whole life. Anita has 5 kids and 12 grandchildren. Family is first and foremost to her! Anita answers the phone, sells flooring, stocks, does clerical work for us, works on inventory and she has excellent customer service skills! Anita was a great choice for MCS from the beginning! She has the most genuine, kind, loving soul you have ever met! She is a natural with a smile! MCS plans to keep her as long as she will stay.
